Margie E. White, 94, of Bartlett, Tennessee, passed away on June 27, 2019.  Ms. White retired from Kimberly Clark.  She was a member of Bartlett United Methodist Church, and formerly a long time member of Schoolfield United Methodist Church, where she served on the Administrative Council, delegate to the Memphis Annual Conference and several other positions in the church, including serving as the Hostess at Schoolfield for 23 years.  She was a longtime member of the United Methodist Women, where she served as a Asbury District President.  She also was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and was involved in several community activities. Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Earl H. White; and her daughters, Judy Maben and Rose Lewis.  She leaves a son, Bob White and his wife Betty of Lenoir City, TN; her son in-law, Bernie Lewis of Drummonds, TN; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Forest Hill East, with the funeral service immediately following.  Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, East.
