Marie Baddour Cobb, 93, went to be with the Lord, August 1, 2013 after a short illness. She was raised in Brownsville, TN before moving to Memphis. Mrs. Cobb was a member of Grimes United Methodist Church. She is the widow of the late Robert A. Cobb. Mrs. Cobb is survived by her daughter, Elayne Cagle of Brentwood, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Michael and Judy Cobb of Jackson, TN; four grandchildren, Shawn and Adam Yeager, and Jonathan and Jennifer Cobb. She was preceded in death by her five siblings, Mitchell Baddour, Sam Baddour, Geneva Joseph, Emma Tucker and Louis Baddour. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, August 4 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with the family receiving friends an hour prior and interment following. In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorials be sent to Grimes United Methodist Church or to the charity of the donor''s choice.
