Marilla Genevieve "Genny" Wheeler, 93, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Senatobia Convalescent Center. Mrs. Wheeler was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Paul Wheeler, one son, Richard Wheeler; also two sisters and two brothers. She leaves three children: Charles Wheeler, Louise Wheeler Floyd and James "Bucky" Wheeler; daughter in-law, Glenda Wheeler; three grandchildren: Jeff Wheeler, Paul Wheeler (Holly) and Gina Anderson; four great-grandchildren: Kayla and LeiAnna Anderson, Forrest and Silas Wheeler; also one sister, Sue Townsend. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Friday, May 13 at Forest Hill South with service immediately following. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
