Marion Joyce Phillips Haynes left this world on May 3, 2022 after a very brief and unexpected illness. She was the daughter of Mildred Nethercott Phillips and Lindsay B. Phillips. She was preceded in death by her sisters Elizabeth Phillips Douglas, Helen Phillips Addington and her brother Robert Phillips.

After retiring from a career in banking as a loan officer, she enjoyed her family, travel, gardening and her dog Cricket and cat Socks. She leaves behind her children and their families – Janna Moore, Stephen Haynes and wife Janet Wilson, and Robert and Connie Haynes. She also leaves her grandchildren Holly Moore Rodger; Joshua and Brittany Haynes; and Carey Haynes, Justin Haynes and Rebecca Haynes Anguiano. Greatgrand children include Chloe Rodgers; Kaiya and Xander Shoemaker; Julian, Christian, Dylan, Nicolas, Alexander and Mateo Anguiano; and Albus and Oliver Haynes. The world is a bit smaller now.
