Mark "Buford" Little passed away at home at the age of 81 on April 24, 2019.  He was born in Trenton, Tennessee on January 10, 1938 to James and Pauline Little.  After graduating from Peabody High School in 1956 and moving to Memphis, he married Margie Little in 1960.  During the marriage that lasted 59 years, they raised two sons, Mark and Brian.  He was retired from Westinghouse and General Electric.  Buford was a member of Central Church.  In addition to his wife and sons, Buford leaves behind one sister, Carolyn Martin, along with two daughters-in-law, Monica and Deanna, and three grandsons:  Taylor, Aaron and Luke.  Buford was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, James Edward Sanders, and four sisters.  Buford (Pop) was a kind, gentle soul, and a caring and generous husband, father and grandfather.  He had a great sense of humor that always kept us laughing.  He loved cars and motorcycles, but most of all his family and friends.  The world was a better place with him in it, and he will be truly missed.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East (Whitten Road).  Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.  The family requests that, in Buford's honor, memorial donations be sent to Central Church at 2005 East Winchester Blvd, Collierville, TN 38017.
