Mark A. Welch, 48 years old, of Lakeland, TN, passed away into the care of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ early Sunday, November 18, 2012. Mark, an electrician, was an active member of East Hill Baptist Church and loved building car engines. He was the beloved son of Wilbur and Rubena Welch of Bartlett, TN; loving brother of Wanda Ruark of Memphis and Janet Bullock of Millington. He is survived by his sons, Nicholas and Shane, and his daughter, Regina of Memphis, as well as a stepdaughter, Skylar Jones of Southaven, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 28th from 5-7 p.m., with Funeral Services on Thursday, November 29th at 2 p.m., both at Forest Hill, East: 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38133.
