Martha Ann Cooper (Latham), 90, of Mt. Pleasant, MS passed away peacefully in her home on December 2, 2025. She is preceded in death by her husband James Verlon Cooper. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her four loving daughters: Beverly Kay Thompson (Jimmy) of Byhalia, MS, Teresa Lynn Kaczmarek (Don) of Apalachicola, Fl, Brenda Ann Hood (Dwight) of Collierville, TN, and Linda Sue Mathis (Bobby) of Mt. Pleasants, MS. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Martha was loved by all who knew her. She was one of the most loving individuals you would ever meet. Martha loved to cook, she would open her house to anyone in need and feed them. She would give you her last if you asked for it, that was the kind of loving person she was. Martha loved crafts, sewing, and entertaining in her home, she was always the one bringing people together. Martha will forever be in our hearts, and we will miss her more than words can express.
