Martha Jean Sere, was born December 27, 1925 in Memphis, TN and passed away on January 23, 2016 at the age of 90 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 53 years, William John Sere, and by one son, James Jeffery Sere. She is survived by her daughter, Gina Moore (Terry); sons, Michael Sere (Julie) and Steve Sere (Pam); 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 29, 2016 from 12-2 PM with funeral services to immediately follow at 2:00 PM, all at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 2440 Whitten Rd. Interment services will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church Health Center, 1210 Peabody Ave, Memphis, TN.
