MARTHA G. TIPTON, 61, died July 9, 2014 after suffering a long illness. She was preceded in death by her father, J.W. Shivers, Sr. and son, Demetrius Pigues. She is survived by her mother, Martha; sister, Wanda, and brother, J.W., Jr.; niece, Rachel; nephew, Shane, and other family members.
