MARTHA HAZEL TURNER PERKINS, 81, of Memphis, TN, retired from Seessel's Grocery, died January 14, 2012. Visitation from 11 a.m until the service at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, at Forest Hill South Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mrs. Perkins was preceded in death by one son, Randy Perkins and is survived by her husband, Ralph Perkins; two daughters, Marilyn Lane (Kenny) and Paula Forgey; two sons, Dennis (Carolyn), Danny. one sister, Olivia Sowell; one brother, Tony Turner; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
