Marvin Eugene Barch, 91, went to be with the Lord October 28, 2025, at his daughter's residence. He was born July 11, 1933, in Luxora, AR to John and Suzie Barch. He was a member of Knight Arnold Church of Christ. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving active duty in the Korean War. He married the love of his life Bettye Tyer, November 19, 1956 where they were married for 64 years. They have 2 children Carl Barch and Cindy Delgado (Tony). They had 6 grandchildren. Chance Barch, Austin Hood (Sydney), Tyler Hood, Nate Delgado, Jack Delgado (Griffin) and Ali Delgado. They had 2 great grandchildren Raelyn Hood and Owen Hood. He was looking forward to the birth of his 3rd great grandson Brooks Hood in March of 2025. He retired as a lineman from MLGW, where he also served as president of the Union. After retirement he worked as a lineman at Dillard Smith and as an electrician at Liberty Land.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Bettye Barch, and siblings, Patricia Caldwell, Mary Miller, Sandra Ephlin, David Barch, Phillip Barch, Paul Barch, Bobbie Barch and Dorothy Hanna.

Visitation will begin at 1pm and grave side service at 2pm on Monday, November 4, 2025 at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park East on Whitten Road.
