Marvin Burns Crumpton, 88, passed away on July 7, 2023.

Marvin was a faithful and devoted member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He worked for United States Postal Service for 36 years and retired at the age of 55. While working there, he also worked part time for Roy Good Hardware Store for 50 years. Marvin loved to sing and fish, but more importantly, he loved his family.

Marvin is survived by his wife of 66 years, Faye Crumpton; one daughter, Vicky (Mark) Jones; one sister, Lois Neal; one brother, Clay (Pam) Crumpton; and three grandchildren, Jason Crumpton, Robert Jones and Jacob Jones.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Millard and Evelyn Crumpton; one son, Gregory Mark Crumpton; and two sisters, Judy Ferguson and Karen Eslinger.
