Mary Alice Latimer Wilson 89, of Memphis passed away at Magnolia Village- Bowling Green KY on Thursday May 7, 2020. She was born in 1930 in Thyatira Mississippi to James Latimer and Inez Scott. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Charlie B. Wilson; and 3 sisters Lois King, Elsie Heintz and Patsy Floyd.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her two sons Mike Wilson (Cammie) of Bowling Green, KY and Jason Wilson (Libby) of Lakewood Ranch, FL; grandchildren Dawn, Michael (Melinda), Sam, Grace, Jessie, Andrew (Mandy), Emily (Lance) Barton and Tyler Wilson; great-grandchildren, Mallory, Alexis, Blaine, Isabeau, Presley and Finley; great-great grandchildren, Braiden, Hallie, and Jaycie.

She eventually retired from the Memphis IRS Service Center after many years also spent at Sears and Roebuck Crosstown and a brief hiatus as the owner of 3 Colemans BBQ restaurants. She was a member of Oakland First Baptist Church after many years spent teaching Sunday School at Charjean Baptist Church. She was a true Godly southern woman and a mighty prayer warrior. She was a fantastic cook who enjoyed feeding her family.

A family only service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday May 14th at Forest Hill East Cemetery.

The family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
