Obituary

MARY BOLDREGHINI, 72, of Memphis, TN passed away Saturday March 8th, 2025, at Methodist Germantown Hospital in Germantown TN after a brave battle with aggressive stage four cancer diagnosed just one month prior. She was preceded in death by her husband; James (Jimmy) Boldreghini, her parents; Hershel Barnett Gordon and Mary Jewel (Gordon) Edwards and sisters; Debra Kay (Gordon) Schierholz, Ruby Louise (Gordon) Hamm, her brothers; Malcolm Thomas Gordon, James Hershel Gordon and David Earl Gordon. She leaves behind two daughters; Melissa Jarred (Terry) of Germantown whom she resided with, and Amanda Clements and her fiancé, John Casale of Memphis; one sister; Margaret Ann (Gordon) Hendrix (Bob) and one brother; Aaron Keith Gordon (Sherry), six grandchildren; Nichole Hopper 32 and William James Hopper 28 both of Memphis, Hailey Wingo 27 and Don Christopher Casale 18 both of Memphis and Natalie Jarred 24 and Neil Jarred 22 both of Germantown and one great-granddaughter; Cora Moon Widler 4 of Memphis. Mary was a caregiver and most proud of her many years of service at the Memphis Mental Health Institute as a cashier. Even though Mary was wheelchair bound after suffering a spinal stroke in 2017, she always found a way to make the family laugh as she rolled through the kitchen shooing the beloved family pets out of her path. Mary loved the simple things in life such as good conversation with family and friends, animals, good food, and good TV. It brings a smile to our face to think of Mary asking our heavenly Father what exactly happened on Oak Island.  All friends and family are welcomed to attend visitation Thursday March 13th from 12:00 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 8151 Poplar Avenue Germantown TN 38138 followed by a Funeral Mass at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery 901-623-8153, 1661 Elvis Presley Blvd. location following. Afterwards, reception will be held in Mary's honor at St. Therese Hall, also at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church at 3:30 p.m.

Mary loved roses and flowers of all kinds but in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Methodist Hospice center at P.O. Box 42048 Memphis TN 38174 or at http://www.methodisthealth.org\give
