Mary Elizabeth Haynes, 91, born August 20, 1923, went to be with the Lord, December 5, 2014 at Methodist Hospice Residence. She was a lifetime member of Getwell Church of Christ. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Robert Russell Haynes and also her parents, Alex and Florence Broadfoot; siblings Irene Krag, Beatrice Roberts and James Broadfoot. She is survived by her sisters Lillian Crawford (TX) and Bettie Neal. Mary leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Rusty Haynes (Rene) of Greers Ferry, AR; Sharon McLure (Jim) of Bartlett: Tony Haynes (Sheila) of Cordova: Jim Haynes (Dawn) of Inver Grove Heights, MN; and Vicki Frederick (Danny) of Oakland, TN; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Forest Hill East Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Rd., Monday, December 8, at 9 a.m. with services following at 10 a.m. Her daughters would like to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Methodist Hospice Residence for the love, care, and compassion shown to their precious mother throughout her final journey.
