Mary E. Coke passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 100 in Southaven, MS.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Coke, her parents, Jesse Blain Johnson and Leetor Bounds Johnson, her brother, Jimmy Johnson, and her sister, Virginia Raiteri. Mary is survived by her son, Harry E. Coke (the late Martha), granddaughter Tamra Coke Pool (Alan), great granddaughter, Ashley Hutcherson (David), great great granddaughter, Evelyn Hutcherson, and many nieces and nephews.

Mary was a longtime member of Longview Heights Baptist Church. She loved sewing and needlework. She was also a government inspector during World War II.

The funeral is scheduled for October 26, 2023, at Forest Hill Memorial Park South at 2545 E. Holmes Rd in Memphis, TN at 2:00 pm.
