Mary Catherine Erby, 62, passed away on December 1, 2019 in Southaven, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Erby, and parents Jimmy and Pete Ransome. She was a member of New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church and a receptionist and secretary for The Flinn Clinic. Left to cherish her memory are sons, William Heath Erby of Southaven and James Everrett Erby (Kristen) of Southaven, one sister, Sandra Ransome Wigley (Ned) of Olive Branch, three brothers, Richard Ransome (Brenda) of Coldwater, Randall Allen Ransome (Sandy) of Olive Branch, and Tommy Ransome (Fran) of Bull Shoals, AR. Mrs. Erby had been blessed with one grandchild, William Rex Erby. Visitation with her family will be on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 11:30~1:00 with her funeral service following at 1:00 pm at New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church on Church Road in Horn Lake, MS.  Forest Hill Funeral Home, East has been entrusted with her care 901-382-1000.
