Mary Fox, 83, passed away on January 14, 2013 in Houston, TX. She was born Mary Ellon Wallace on May 6, 1929 in Roby, TX, to James and Edna Wallace. Mrs. Fox was a resident of Memphis for 34 years, and spent the last 7 years in Houston, TX with her daughter and family. She was a member of Good Shepherd Methodist Church and later Advent Presbyterian Church. She was always an active church member and Gold Star Wives member. Preceding her in death was her father, mother, brother James C. Wallace, and husband, Robert E. Fox. She leaves a daughter Holly, son-in-law Shahram, grandson Robert, several close cousins and nieces, and many lifelong friends. She will have a quiet memorial service in Houston and a private entombment at Forest Hill East Funeral Home in Memphis. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to www.diabetes.org.
