Mary E. Kennedy was reunited with the love of her life for 64 years on Friday, August 7th.

Mary was born on February 18, 1934 in Milan, Tennessee. She was a devoted Wife, Mom, Maw Maw and NeNe to her family. She retired after 30 plus years as a Quality Control Operator at Kellogg’s, Memphis.

She leaves behind 2 children, Steve (Susan) Kennedy, Lynn (David) Kennedy; four grandchildren, Jason (Melissa) Kennedy, Mickie (Michael) Marter, Jamie (Michael) Greenwood, Mindy (Dave) Tamburrino; eight great grandchildren, Preston Cole Kennedy, Hannah Allison, Karyson Greenwood, Kyleigh Greenwood, Paxton Grace Marter, Hudson David Tamburrino, and twins Ella and Sullivan Kennedy. Mary also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends including her lifelong Kellogg’s friend, Fran Langston.

Mary was preceded in death by the love of her life, William A. Kennedy, Jr.; her parents, Elbert W. and Willie Grace Park; and nephew, Ray Chandler, Sr.
