Mary J. Scoggins, 78, of Bartlett, TN died Wednesday, May 2, 2012. She was retired from Kellogg's and a member of Skyview Baptist Church. Mrs. Scoggins was preceded in death by her husband, Hays Larue Scoggins and is survived by her son, Scotty Hays Scoggins, Sr. of Memphis, TN; two grandchildren, whom she raised, Scotty Scoggins, Jr. of Ogden, UT and Michael James Scoggins of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Patsy Mills of Southaven, MS and Vera Clark of Bartlett, TN; brothers, Granville Miller, Raymond Miller, Bobby Miller all of Bartlett, TN; one great-granddaughter, Madisyn. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m., Monday, May 7 followed by the service at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
