Mary Lou Forsyth Shepherd, resident of Horn Lake, MS, passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on June 8, 2019.  She is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia Kay Shepherd Brawner and Patricia Annette Shepherd South; six grandchildren: Sandra Brawner Butler, Jeffery Brawner, Kristy South Ferguson, Rebecca South Kirk, Regina South, and Shannon Shepherd; thirteen great-grandchildren:  Cindy Butler, Chad Butler, Brittany Gelsinger, Megan Ferguson Watkins, Bailey Gelsinger, Mallory Ferguson, Madelyn Ferguson, Gage Brawner, Brylee South Scruggs, Ronan Brawner, Karis Kirk, Samuel Kirk, and Micah Kirk; also a loving daughter-in-law, Karen Shepherd; and extended family members and friends -- too numerous to mention.  Preceding her in death is one son, Ronald Velon Shepherd; Mother, Mary Christine Camp Forsyth, Father, John Wallace Forsyth, Sr., brother, John Wallace Forsyth, Jr.; and sister, Katie Mae Forsyth Thompson. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Horn Lake.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Life Choices or to the Building Fund of First Baptist Church of Horn Lake.  Family and friends will gather from 12:00 - 1:30 pm, followed by services at 1:30 pm, at the First Baptist Church of Horn Lake.  Interment will follow at Forest Hill South Cemetery.
