Eva R (Mary) Spence age 91 passed away Tuesday August 15, 2023, at Fox Bridge Nursing Home.

Mary was born March 21, 1932, in Ecru, Mississippi to Raymond and Mildred Russell.

Mary retired from Bell South after 34 years.

Mary loved to take cruises, watch the Atlanta Braves and listen to gospel and country music.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband John Spence, her mother and father, two sisters Frances Hawkins, Ann McMillen and one brother William Russell.

She is survived by one sister Martha Jo Wylie Owen (David) of Lakeland, Tennessee. The loves of her life her nieces, great nieces and nephew. Tonya Moore (Kerry) of Booneville, MS., Jennifer Meier (Karl) of Bartlett, TN., Amber Collier (Andrew) of Olive Branch, MS., Alyssa Meier of Memphis, TN., and Andrew Meier of Bartlett, TN.
