Mary Montessa "Tess" Fiveash, 61, passed away at her home in Memphis, TN on April 3, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Mont and Dorothy Jennings; step mother, Phyllis Jennings; step sister, Florence; and step brother, Walter Axtell.  Left to cherish her memory are her husband, William Fiveash; daughter, Heather (James) Gallogly of Oviedo, FL; son, Nicholas Fiveash of Memphis; brother, Bill (Judy) Jennings of Denton, TX; step brother, Howard Axtell; and step sister, Eva (Bruce) Hunter of Denton, TX.  Mrs. Fiveash was blessed with three grandchildren:  Claire, Cameron, and Coral Gallogly.

Tess had worked in the medical field.  She loved going to the Gulf coast with her girl friends, and enjoyed camping trips with family, playing card games, reading, watching the news and TV shows with her family.  She cherished visiting her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.  She had been very proud of her father, Mont Jennings, who flew the "hump" in World War II.  He would take her flying when she was little in his plane, which she remembered fondly.  Visitation with her family will be on Monday, April 8, 2019 from 5:00~7:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home East, with her services following at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 9,2019.  Forest Hill Funeral Home, East 901-382-1000
