Matthew Christopher Stevens, 35, passed away in Collierville, TN. On September 18, 2018.  He is survived by his parents, Ron and Ann Stevens of Collierville, TN and two brothers, Jeremy Stevens (Krystal) of Kevil, KY. and Josh Stevens (Amy) of Germantown, TN., also his grandmother Betty Walton of Memphis, TN. Matthew had many aunts, uncles and cousins  in the mid-south area.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Elizabeth Stevens and grandfather Jack Walton.  Visitation with his family will be, Monday, September 24, 2018, 1-2 pm with his funeral service following at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East.  901-382-1000
