Mattie Ruth Stancil, 86, passed away on May 21, 2019 in Germantown, Tennessee.  She was preceded in death by husbands, Lamar Williford, Wayne Darling, and Gordon Stancil; and one son, Rick Williford.  She is survived by her sons, Greg (Diana) Williford of Bradenton, FL, Steve (Emily) Williford of Memphis, TN; and one sister, Margie Sizemore of Memphis, TN.  Mrs. Stancil was blessed with seven grandchildren:  Robin (Mark) Stevens of Bay St Louis, MS, Scott Williford of Tampa, FL, Dalton Williford of Denver, CO, Molly Williford of Bradenton, FL, Ryan (Ashley) Williford of Erlanger, KY, David Willingford of Burlington, KY, and Daniel Wiliford of Moulton, AL; and six great-grandchildren:  Sam Stevens, Katie Stevens, Nathan Stevens, Lucy Stevens, Betsy Stevens, and McKenna Williford.  Mrs. Stancil was retired from First Tennessee Bank.  She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church in Southaven, MS, and had been a choir member most of her life.  She was loved by all who knew her and never met a stranger.
