Max Drake Hayes, Sr., 85, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. A retired City of Memphis Fireman, Max is survived by his wife of 64 years, Leslie; one daughter, Laura Ruth (Tony); two sons, Max Hayes, Jr (Cindy); Jim Hayes(Pat); five grandchildren; and two sisters, Dorothy Moore (Skip) and Cynthia Robinson (Bubba). Family and friends will gather to share memories at 9:30 am followed by services at 11 am. Both at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 106 Walnut, Collierville. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials in his name to the West Clinic or St. Andrews.
