Melburn Eddie Nix,61, of Memphis, TN passed away on Monday, July 01, 2024. He was born in Memphis, TN on December 10, 1962.

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Esther Nix.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 40 years Donna Nix; one daughter, Mandy Nix (Jerry) of Memphis, TN; two sons, Brandon Nix of Memphis, TN and Ryan Nix (Chelsea) of Byhalia, MS; five sisters, Debra Shands of Millington, TN, Janice Parsons of Bartlett, TN, Oretha Moore of Memphis, TN, Donna Moody (Jeff) of Dickson, TN and Kaye Redus (Mike) of Oakland, TN; and two brothers, Mike Nix (Linda), Jeff Nix (Jamie) of Marion, AR; six grandchildren, Giavanna Nix, Clayton Nix, Jerry Thompson IV, Sarah Thompson, Emma Thompson, and Hailey Thompson.

Eddie loved westerns, going out to eat, and was an avid antique collector, but loved his family more than anything.

A loving husband, father, and papa will be missed dearly and will be forever in our hearts.
