Merritt G. Roberts, 77, of Memphis, passed away April 19, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marlin and Leila Roberts of Memphis. He leaves two brothers, Roland Roberts (Joy) and Tommy Roberts (Brenda) of Bartlett, TN; five nephews and one niece. He was a graduate of Bartlett High School and was an Army veteran. He retired from Davis Chevrolet in Houston, TX, where he lived for 47 years before returning to Memphis. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 22 at Forest Hill East with the family receiving friends an hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital.
