Southaven - MERVIN J. "Joe" TAYLOR, 77, of Southaven, MS passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Baptist Desoto Hospital. He was a retired member of Steamfitters Local 614 and a member of Gracewood Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sally S. Taylor, 2 sons, William H. Taylor of Tupelo, MS and David J. Taylor of Olive Branch, MS, 4 grandsons, David (Kelley), Joey, Cooper, and Logan and 2 great-grandchildren, Noah and Katelyn, and a sister, Mary Kerns of Kansas City, Kansas. Visitation will be Sunday, May 13 from 3-5 p.m. at Forest Hill South. The service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Gracewood Baptist Church, Southaven. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
