Michael Craney Grilli, 75, passed away, August 22, 2012 at Methodist University Hospital. Michael was born on September 24, 1936 in Paris, TN. He was a US Army Veteran who served as a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne and was a retired truck driver for Yellow Freight. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Joseph Grilli and Mary Louise Craney Grilli Pruitt; step-son, Scott McCrae; and a nephew, Lee Entrekin. He leaves his wife, Martha McCrae Grilli; his daughter, Leanne Grilli; two sons, Michael Grilli and Richard McCrae; two grandchildren, Chris and Courtney McCrae; one great grandson, Dylan McCrae; his brother, James Gerald Grilli; sister in-law Cathy Wills Grilli; a sister, Gail Grilli Entrekin; brother in-law, Herb Entrekin; a niece, Janet E. Rhoades; and an aunt, Marcelle Stigall. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 25 at Forest Hill South with visitation Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
