Sadly, Mike LaCombe, 65, passed away at his home in Millington, TN on January 23, 2025, which is the eve of what would have been his father's 98th birthday.

Mike was born on November 10, 1959 to William L. LaCombe and Janice Medina LaCombe in Albuquerque, NM. He attended elementary school, grades 1-4 in Argentia, Newfoundland Canada. He finished elementary school and graduated from high school in Millington, TN.

Mike joined the U.S. Navy after high school. He returned to Millington, TN, which became his life-long residence. He was married for a brief time to Alana Winborn. He worked as a plumber for his entire career.

Mike had a big heart and a kind soul. He was compassionate and caring. His love for animals, especially strays, resulted in a few dogs finding their way to his parent's house.

Mike lived on his own terms. He enjoyed the festivities of life and embraced them fully.

His departure is preceded by the deaths of his parents, and his grandparents, Nicholas A. Medina and Delores Hoagland Medina and Francisco De Salles LaCombe and Sara Sanchez Lewis LaCombe.

He leaves his older brother Terry LaCombe (Mary) of Frisco, TX, and his younger sisters, Barbara Parham (Ricky) of Lakeland, TN, and Patty Gavrock (Kenneth) of Atoka, TN, 2 nephews, David Gavrock, Nicholas LaCombe, 2 nieces, Sarah LaCombe Hall, Alicia Gavrock Miller, along with several cousins and many friends.
