Mildred Elrod, 86, passed away in Memphis, Tennessee on May 17, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Elrod and parents, Taylor and Mary Finley.  Left to cherish her memory are sons, Albert T. Elrod of Memphis and Paul Michael Elrod, also of Memphis, and Mrs. Hazel Harris, a neighbor of thirteen years so very caring and helpful.  Mrs. Elrod was a faithful woman and a very loving mother.  She was a wonderful homemaker, and cooked and sewed for her family.  Visitation with her family will be on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 9:00-10:00 a.m., and her funeral service will be Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East.  901-382-1000
