Milton Gale Norman was born in Tupelo, Mississippi on June 25, 1939 to the late William Milton and Ina Fay Norman. Milton passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024.

After high school, Milton went to the military and served in the Marines. He would later have a career in law enforcement as an Officer with the Memphis Police Department, Loss Prevention  Manager with K-Mart, and a Court Bailiff with the Desoto County Sheriff's Office.

Milton was a Mason and loved hunting. While he had many hobbies and interests, he loved family most of all. He is survived by his son, Milton Robert Norman, one grandson, William Perry Norman, Jr., 2 granddaughters, Liz Gouker and Katherine Norman, 3 great grandchildren, 2 nephews, Joey Norman and Scotty Norman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Norman, parents, and son William Perry Norman.
