Minnie Lee Parks, 83, of Memphis, TN, passed away on March 6, 2017. She was born on September 21 in Holly Grove, AR to the late Floyd and Alma Able Gerlach. Mrs. Parks was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Parks. Mrs. Parks is survived by her daughter and son in law, Noma and Dale Wood of Bartlett; sister, Rae Chism; two brothers, Billy Gerlach, Bully Gerlach; grandchildren, Bo and his wife Sheri, Colton and his wife Ashlee; and four great-grandchildren, Hayden, Tessa, Tynlee, and Adelaide. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 10 until service begins at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following.
