Mitchell Sperry Hopkins, of Millington, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 01, 2025. He was born on April 21, 1946, in Walnut, Mississippi to the late Sperry and Ada Hopkins.

Mitchell graduated from Walnut High School and proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his brothers, Sonny Hopkins of McCory, Arkansas and Randy Hopkins of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Janice Jacobs of Memphis, Tennessee.

Mitchell is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Patricia Hopkins; sister, Brenda Ramsey of Memphis, Tennessee; nephew, Kevin Kimery; and nieces Kellie Kimery, Beth McBroome, Heather Phillips, and LeeAnn Wampler.

Mitchell was a loving husband, brother, uncle, and friend who will be missed dearly and will be in our hearts forever.
