Myrna Joyce Adams Whitt, 80, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on December 18, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born on December 24, 1944, in Memphis to Ralph and Clara Adams.

Myrna dedicated her career to nurturing young minds and caring for vulnerable families. She retired as a Pre-K teacher from Grace St. Lukes Episcopal School, where she touched the lives of countless children and families.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Lydia Whitt Rosencrants (Scott); thirteen grandchildren: Lydia, Irina, Tamara, Damir, Marat, Arstan (Skyler), Serik, Julia, Anna, Stefka, Owen, Eva, and Qua; one great-granddaughter, Elena; her brother, David Lee Adams (Cindy); and niece, Hannah Adams Todd (Wilson).

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 21st at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church Millington, 5010 W Union Rd, Millington, TN 38053.
