Nancy Ann Crick Campbell passed away on May 8, 2020. She was born on November 4, 1937 in Memphis, TN to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brandon Crick.

She graduated from Central High School and received a bachelor's degree from Baylor University and a master's from the University of Memphis. She retired from Memphis City Schools as an AP and Honors English teacher at Central High School. During her career she touched the lives of many students who loved her and kept in touch with her long after her retirement. Upon learning of Nancy's death, one of her students wrote, "Mrs. Campbell was a cheerful and charming Southern lady, and her love for her students was expansive."

She leaves her husband, William David Campbell; her sister, Sylvia Garrett (Richard), nieces Karen McNeill (Danny), Patricia Smith (Mike), nephew Robert Garrett (Kathy) and great nephews and nieces and great-great nephews and niece.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude.
