Catherine "Nannette" Ware, 89, passed away in Oxford, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Ware, daughter Vivian Arnett, granddaughter, Melissa Linson, brother, Billy Lipscomb, brother, Allen Lipscomb, and brother, Jimmy Lipscomb.

Left to honor her memory is her daughter, Nancy Martin of Southaven, MS, sister, Ann Sitter of Millington, TN.  Mrs. Nannette was blessed with three grandchildren, Brad Martin, Kyle Arnett, Carmen Clark, five great-grandchildren Amelia Martin, Savannah Rushing, Abi Clark, Bryson Clark and Grisham Clark.

She always loved to go to church at Broadway Baptist Church. She and Papaw would work in the kitchen and she loved it.  On Saturdays she would like to go shopping and eat lunch. On Saturday nights we would go eat Chinese food.  She would always fix us a roast for dinner when we spent nights with her and bologna sandwiches for our lunch with rotel dip.  Mamaw always had a smile on her face and loved being the center of attention.

Visitation with her family will be on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 10:00 a.m.~12:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Whitten Rd.  901-382-1000
