Nathan Boon Crutchfield, 94, longtime resident of Brownsville, passed away August 29, 2014 after a long illness. He was a retired automotive mechanic who lived life in his later years as a farmer and loved family and friends. Mr. Crutchfield was preceded in death by his loving wife, Loreta. He leaves behind a nephew who lovingly and generously cared for him, Brian Green, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 3 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with family receiving friends an hour prior. Interment will follow in Memphis Memory Gardens.
