Nelean L. Palmer, 84, of Byhalia, MS died Friday, September 20, 2013 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Palmer and is survived by her sons, Veto Mills of Byhalia, MS and Jerry Banks Mills of Mesa, AZ and her daughter, Pat Spence of Byhalia; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. Palmer is also survived by several brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her sons, Jimmy Royce Hobbs and Ralph Wayne Mills. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Forest Hill South Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home with interment to follow.
