Nell Rose Wilson Allen, 92, passed away on March 5, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis. Mrs. Allen was a member of Ellendale Baptist Church. She formerly attended Speedway Terrace Baptist and Ardmore Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Allen and son, Richard C. Allen, Sr. She leaves two daughters: Janice Allen Needham (Doyle) of Germantown, Ranelle Allen McFarland of Jackson, TN and son, Cary Allen (Debby) of Memphis, TN; daughter-in-law, Anna Allen of Bartlett; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 8 at Forest Hill East with visitation Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials are sent to: Ellendale Baptist Church or the charity of the donor''s choice.
