NELSON MORRIS PILCHER, 87 of Collierville, TN, went home to be with our Lord on July 8, 2013. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 11 with funeral services at 10 a.m. Friday, July 12, both at Forest Hill East Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Road. Burial in Forest Hill East Cemetery, He is survived by his loving wife, Bobbie L. Pilcher, two daughters, Jenelle Littrell and Brenda Smith, a son, Russell Pilcher, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Collierville and a proud WWII and Korean War veteran, who served as a Flight Engineer in the Air Force. He worked as Vice President for Central Marine. He was a Boy Scout leader, officer for Bluff City Sams RV Club, Deacon and Sunday School teacher for Bridge City Baptist Church. His hobbies included camping, traveling, hunting and leather crafts. His greatest pleasure was his relationship with our Lord and spending time with his family. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House and Baptist Trinity Hospice House.
