Nina Faye Williams (BOUCHARD), 89, died November 3, 2014, in Tampa, FL. Formerly of Memphis, Nina was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, R.T. Williams, son, Ray Williams, parents, Hugh and Edna Jernigan, sisters, Nancy Lane and Maxine McWhirter, and brothers, Neely Jernigan and Sammy Jernigan. She is survived by her son, Donald Williams (Sharon); her grandchildren, Barbara Beavers (Scott), Kellie Kissler (Kurt), Donnie Williams (Tammy), Kathryn Sherman, Bobby Leonard, and Michelle Leonard, eight great-grandchildren, brothers, Johnny Jernigan and Larry Jernigan, sisters, Mae Mathias and Francis Coker, and many nieces and nephews. Nina was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She tirelessly and lovingly cared for her husband for 13 years after he had suffered a stroke. She was a Christian who lived her faith by her actions as well as her words. She was an excellent seamstress who loved to quilt, and she also loved to prepare meals for family and friends. Nina was a kind, gentle, and loving lady who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until Service at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 8, with interment to follow at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery East.
