IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Norman Eugene
Marsh
August 28, 1930 – December 23, 2024
15 A Psalm of David. Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? 2 He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; 3 He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; 4 In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the Lord; He who swears to his own hurt and does not change; 5 He who does not put out his money at usury, Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.
Psalm 15 NKJV
Norman had trusted Jesus as his Savior and Lord on August 12, 1946, and had spent the rest of his 94 years serving Jesus and His church. His greatest joy was sharing Jesus with other people and helping them put their faith in Christ. Psalm 15 is an accurate description of Norman's life, and we celebrate his love and faithfulness. He also served in The United States Air Force as Chief of Air Frame Maintenance for 40 years. Therefore, it is with joy in our hearts that we announce his Homegoing on December 23, 2024.
Norman was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Shirley Abbott Marsh; and three brothers, Donald Marsh, Ralph Marsh, and Gilbert Marsh.
He is survived by one daughter, Diane (Eugene) Maxwell; one son, Tommy (Debbie) Marsh; five grandchildren, Reagan (Kara) Marsh, Timothy (Tayler) Marsh, Denise (Israel) Brooks, Melody Maxwell, and Benjamin (Catelyn) Maxwell; eight great grandchildren, Ainsley Marsh, Hunter Marsh, Robert Graham Marsh, Abby Grace Marsh, Asher Brooks, Barrett Brooks, David Maxwell, and Sophie Maxwell.
