Oakley Cooper was born July 11, 1996 and died July 3, 2015. He was raised in Memphis, Tennessee, was a graduate of Center Hill High School and attended the University of Memphis. Oakley is survived by his Mother, Dawn; father, James; brother, Aeron. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 8 and 10 a.m. Thursday, July 9 followed by funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. at Covenant United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
