Olive Lenora Clifton (nee Brisco), 85,  passed away on December 9, 2018, in Lebanon, Tennessee.  Born in Red Banks, Mississippi, she was a long-time resident of Memphis, Tennessee, and Walls, Mississippi.

Mrs. Clifton and her husband were members of Boulevard Baptist Church in Memphis before moving their letter to First Baptist Church Horn Lake  in Horn Lake, Mississippi.

She and her husband, Paul, were residents of Walls, Mississippi, for 40 years until his passing in 1998. Their flower and vegetable gardens were locally renowned.

Mrs. Clifton is survived by daughters Linda Nowell, Janice Conner and Barbara Heine. She is also survived by grandchildren,  Kim, Joey, Matt, Brian, Samantha, Sarah, Timothy and Paul. She was great-grandmother to Emily, Zachary, Alex, Brady, Campbell, Emily, Reagan and Gabriel.  Additionally, she was great-great-grandmother to Brenley, Brielle and Micah. She is survived by her sister, Jean Lancaster, and two brothers, Lester (Jimmy) Brisco and Roger Brisco.

She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Paul R. Clifton, son, David R. Clifton, her parents, Glen and Willa Brisco, and her sister, Laverne Taylor.

Donations may be made in her memory to a charity of choice. Visitation will be from 1-2pm Thursday, December 13 with service immediately following at Forest Hill Funeral Home, Midtown.  Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
