Olivia Sowell, 98, longtime resident of Memphis, TN, passed away February 5, 2022 in Mountain Home, AR.

During her residency in Memphis Mrs. Sowell loved to spend her time thrifting at garage sales, and playing bingo during her time at River Lodge in Mountain Home, AR. The rule was, do not call during bingo time!

She is survived by one son, Onnie Sowell; four daughters, Shirley Putman, Billie Kenny, Ruby Capers, and Barbara Raley; one brother, Tony Turner of Greenbrier, AR; twelve grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and ten great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert F. Sowell, Sr.; one daughter, Peggy Sowell; one son, Herbert F. Sowell, Jr.; her parents, Cyrus and Evie Turner; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
