OTIS MARIE "Tiny" BULLARD, 75, homemaker, died September 10, 2014. Visitation will be Friday, September 19 from 12-1 p.m. at Forest Hill East. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. in National Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby Fannin and father, Searcie E. Bullard. She leaves a niece, Rebecca Gatlin; nephew, Smokey Burgess; four grandnieces and nephews and six great-grandnieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Wells Station Baptist Church.
