On the evening of Monday, June 11, 2018, Patricia Hughes, 75, joined her beloved husband of 53 years, Bob Hughes in heaven.

Patricia was born in Memphis, Tennessee on November 29, 1942 to the late Harry Perkins and Evelyn Luna Brewer.  Of the Baptist faith, she was a wonderful homemaker who loved her family dearly.  Patricia also enjoyed sports, horses, and Elvis.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, James Timothy Hughes (Judy) of Oceanside, California, William Joseph Hughes and James Robert Hughes, Jr. of both of Fairburn, Georgia, and Susan Haynes (Walt) of Byron; grandchildren, Christopher Hughes, and Katlyn and Alyssa Haynes; sister, Barbara Brewer Davis of Memphis, Tennessee; brothers, Ronnie Brewer of The Villages, Florida and Don Brewer of Memphis, Tennessee; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 14, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home South in Memphis, Tennessee.  A funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. the chapel of the funeral home.  Following the service, Patricia will be laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery South.
