Pat Doty, 83, of Memphis, TN, passed away on November 27, 2016. She was a retired Memphis City Schools teacher and a former member of Broadway Baptist Church. Mrs. Doty was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Doty. She is survived by her children, Trish Doty, Rocky Doty (Maria), Lori Giddens (Joel); sister, Laura Schwartz; and three grandchildren, Aaron Giddens, Emma Giddens, Gabrielle Doty. Visitation will be 9 a.m. Friday, December 2 until memorial service begins at 10 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital.
